Regulatory Issues for the Industry / Environmental
Richard Goodwin is responsible for managing Lloyd’s Register’s involvement in the cruise, ro-ro passenger ship and large yacht markets. The Role involves supporting clients and surveyors in the development and construction of designs satisfying both the regulatory regime and the client’s needs. Richard is also responsible for client and surveyor training and is Lloyd’s representative at the IMO and passenger industry meetings such as the Cruise Ship Safety Forum, Interferry and the Bahamas Ship Owners Association.
