Conference fees:

The registration fee covers relevant conference sessions, refreshments, lunch and cocktail* on the day of the session(s), entry to selected social networking activities and documentation and a two-year subscription to Seatrade Magazine starting with the May/June 2009 issue. Registered delegates will have access to the exhibition on all three days free of charge with their delegate badge.

The MPA MCF Course Fee Subsidy is available for eligible participants. Discounts:

1. A 15% discount on the full rate (i.e. not early bird rate) will be offered to members/staff of the event’s supporting organisations.

2. Groups of 3 or more from the same company at the same address will receive a 15% on the full rate (i.e. not early bird rate) on all places.  This does not apply to supporting organisations. Further discounts apply for bookings of 10 or more. Please contact the organisers for details.

3. Exhibitors are entitled to a 30% discount on the full rate (i.e. not early bird rate). This cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

Cancellation
Conference fees will be refunded, less a 20% administrative charge, after the event, if cancellations are received in writing by Friday 20 March 2009. Conference fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after 20 March 2009. You may send a SUBSTITUTE, but please let us know the name of that person.
